Interested in joining our club, please fill out our application

Each applicant for membership shall:

Apply on a form approved by the board of directors
Agrees to abide by the constitution and by laws of the ACPS and the rules of The American Kennel Club
State the name, address, and occupation of applicant
Endorsement of two members in good standing residing in separate households accompanying the application
